focusontalent
Hello Currently, I am working with company A in Engineering domain. Company A filed my GC in EB3 cateogry (P.D. 2012). My I140 is approved &I got H1B extension for 3 years (after six years of regular H1B). Can I switch job to company B with position in other domain (finance)? If yes, Can I get 3 years of extension at new employer B based on my current approved I140? if yes, How about filing GC at company B? Can I retain same priority date and apply in EB2 category? ( I have masters degree now) Does new employer need to file GC immediately to maintain same PD? Thank You Link to comment
Kal.911
Repeated question.... Please refer to the posts (atleast a couple of hundred) in the same forum on the exact same topic. Feels like repeating myself for every single post.. As long as your Company A does not revoke your approved I-140, you can retain the PD as soon as the company B applies for new I-140.
