H1B-salary change

Hello,

I am working with company A with a salary of 100k(100000/12 as gross). now I got a offer from Company B with a salary of 85K (it is not a wise decision). but if I choose to change to Employer B.

 

can I change employer in this scenario?

is this going to effect my H1B transfer?

is this going to effect my H1B stamping?

is this going to effect my GC processing?
