2 LCAs from different employers for same end client location

Is it possible to apply for 2nd LCA from another employer B for same end client location when 1st LCA from employer A is under process and then choose employer (either A or B) while applying for H1-B?

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Nope, I won't be working in two shifts. 

 

My end client cannot sponsor me a visa but needs me onsite and was looking for an employer who can provide me the best rate and take mark-up for himself. Hence I was hoping to get LCA approved from both so that we can choose one for H1B application.

USCIS will see that these are for the same position. That will result in lots of problems for you.

Commit to ONE employer.
