Visitor visa - sponsor's address change

I am preparing the visitor visa sponsorship documents for my in-laws. 

Currently I stay in apartments.

I have purcahsed a new home [contract with seller is completed, home inspection is done, negotiation is in process on inspection points] and the closing date is Mar 27, 14.

I have also given notice to my apartment that I will vacate my apartment on Apr 6, 14.

Visa interview date is not yet confirmed

 

does it make sense to wait for few more days to accommodate the address change and then prepare all the documents or the current address would work ... ?

There is no sponsorship for a visitor visa. Your in-laws might need the actual address of stay when they are either boarding the flight to US or at POE.
