stamping at kingston, jamaica

Hi Friends -

I have my H1 B visa appointment date at kingston , jamaica on 31st march.

unfortunately i have to go india for an emergency situation.

Is it possible i can travel to jamaica from india before 31st march, have my visa stamped and return to US once approved ?

Please suggest.
