sd2409 Posted March 7, 2014 Report Share Posted March 7, 2014 PERM Filed: July 2013 PERM Status: Audit 6 year H1b end date: Sept 2014 I94 stamp: Sept 2015 Visa Stamp: Sept 2015 1) My visa and I94 stamp say that my h1b is valid till sept 2015, although my 6 years expire in sept 2014. Do I have to apply for an h1b transfer by sept 2014? 2) Can I change jobs and apply for a new PERM? since my visa says I have an h1b valid till sept 2015, does that give me 18 months to apply for a new PERM?
