I'm planning to apply for F1 visa and I have a sister in US, she is married and works on H1B work visa,

 

She is not my sponsorer, do I need to disclose this information while filing up the form for visa Interview application,

When it comes to immigration, EVERTHING should be genuine.

Yes, Please do yourself a favor and tell the truth to immigration. 

 

I know where you are coming from....

 

if you are the last sibling in India.. who is trying to get F1.. Then you can strongly tell them that I will be coming back after my studies, because my parents are all alone. Believe me, Having your sister in US will not work against you, if you tell what I mentioned convincingly.
