h1b extension - perm audit waiting

Hello all,

 

 Could anybody please answer the 2 questions:

 

1.My perm was applied 365 days prior to my h1b expiration,while applying for H1b extension,can I add any unused h1b time in addition to the one year h1b extension.

 

2.And,If perm gets denied after h1b extension is approved,can we transfer h1b to another company.

 

I posted the same here with some dates as reference but have not got any reply,so, tweaked the question to make it a bit easy.

2. Yes, only till the time H1B extension is approved.
