Hi,

I got my last h1b visa in 2013 January at Calgary,Canada( expired in November 2013) and before I got same visa August 2010 in India. I am with same client and same employer from last 4 years. Now I am in India and planning for h1b stamping. It seems I am eligible for interview waiver program but below first criteria is confusing me. Could any one please help me on this?

You are not eligible as your most recent visa was issued in Canada.
