They said, the degree is equivalent to Masters degree at accredited university in US. So can I apply for H1 under Master's quota. I did my Masters in *** here as well. Please let me know. Regards Suman P. Only a master's degree from US university (accredited and non-profit or public university) is eligible for master's quota and not any foreign degree. Link to comment
