san36 Posted March 4, 2014 Report Share Posted March 4, 2014 Hi, I have a question regarding H1b Stamping. I got my H1B Stamping in India and its valid until Sep 2014. But i have changed my employer in between and my new H1B is valid until Nov 2015 and recently i have applied for amendment for client change. So my question is i want to travel in Oct 2014. For this i need my H1b Stamping. So can i go for H1b stamping in April 2014 to canada to be on safer side with H1b Amendment. Thanks Link to comment
