Birth Certificate - Kuwait

Hi,

 

I do not have the Government issued Birth Certificate, but the Baptism Certificate (Given by Kuwait Church).

 

My Passport has also the Place of Birth as Kuwait.

 

Is that sufficient or is it a must to have the Government issued Birth Certificate for any GC related processes?

You need a government issued birth certificate and if you dont have it then you need to provide a goverment issued reason as to why it doesnt exist etc. People have gotten RFE for not submitting govt issued birth certificate.
