In Taiwan he worked for 2 yrs, now recently some one bought this company and changed the name (Taiwan also) , now our Employer is going to process green card, my question is can We show when he worked in Taiwan ... as a previous experience, ? because that time the company name was different... Attorney_15 Posted March 3, 2014 Report Share Posted March 3, 2014 Generally, if experience is required in a labor certification, the worker can use experience earned with a company that might generally be considered related if the 'other' company has a different FEIN than the company filing the labor certification application. So wthis usually means with a foreign company it would therefore usually be a different company under the labor certification rules. Link to comment
