H1b RFE still Pending, Transfer to F1

Hi,

    I applied for H1B transfer from Company A to Company B in SEPT'13 just before my previous H1B getting expired in OCT'13. Now I got an RFE with Company B and hez not willing to answer that.I have pay checks until JAN'14.Can I change the status from H1B to F1 now.Any quick suggestions are appreciated.

Forget F1, find another H1 job.

If you really want to go to school then go for F1. But since you already worked on H1 and your current H1 still pending, F1 is doubtful.
