my passport is expiring in oct. I am planning to goto india in may.my quesitons are below.

 

1)will there be any issues when i come back in june at POE.I heard that at POE passport validity should be more that 6 months

2)how long will i get my I94

3)For passport extenstion I have only diver license as address proof.no utility bill is on my name since i am sharing my aprtment.Will one address proof work for passport extention?

4) can you provide list of documents needed for passport extention.

1. No, you are fine.

2. Till your passport expiry or petition expiry date, whichever is early.

3. I think you need two.

4. Look into Indian consulate website that has jurisdiction over your state.
