Employer listed in the E verify but with a different branch, Can I apply for Extension with this employer?

Hi,

 

I am going to start working for a multinational company on OPT which is expiring in May 2014.  I am planning to apply for STEM extension next month. ( My company will be applying for H1B too but they are saying the probability of me getting H1 is 50% so I should apply for extension too)

 

I will be working for XYZ company in ABC city with a Zip Code: 112

 

The company listed in E Verify is

 

XYZ in ABC city but with a different zip code: 100

 

Below is the actual listing
