Perm application applied while i am on vacation

Hi all

 

 

 My attorney has applied my labor application for my Green card process while i was on vacation in India for a month, will this cause any issue for my application process.

 

Is there a chance of denial in my case. FYI, I already have a valid visa stamping on my passport until September 2015
