Cap and Non-cap H1b

Hi.

I am currently on H4 visa

I have two employers ready to file my H1B..one is cap and other non-cap.if i go ahead with the cap one,and in the lottery system if it gets rejected,do I have to wait for any amount of time before the non-cap employer can file for cap-exempt H1B?
