H1B Stamping checklist

I'm planning to attend HYD consulate for my H1B extension stamping and i see below in their list of documents to be submitted 3 days prior to the interview date.

"Copy of the letter to USCIS, client letter or description of internal project and experience letters."

I work at client location and there is a vendor between my employer and client (EVC Model). So i was wondering what to submit for the above specified one. I get the letters from Client and Vendor, and letter from client will have the vendor name listed instead of my employer name. So do i need to submit both the letters (vendor and client) ?
