H1B Transfer

Hi All,

If I start working on H1B transfer receipt  number and meanwhile the old employer cancels the old H1B. What will be my status ? Can I continue working with new employer or the receipt number becomes invalid?

 

What are the impacts?

Yes, you can continue working for new employer based on receipt notice.
