H1b Transfer with two valid H1B approval notice with same employer

I have My H1B filed on 2013 and got it approved by employer A.

 

H1b Validity date - Oct 1 2013 - July 2016

 

i changed the client location so my employer A applied for H1B Amendment. I got it Approved in Jan 2014. I got a job with Employer B in Feb 2014. My employer A didnt give my new I-797.

 

Can i transfer to employer b with the first i 797 copy?

 

I just have the Case number for second H1B amendment.
