chhotu
have query regarding H1 visa. If I had an offers 3 different companies who is willing to sponsor H1 visa under CAP quota. Is it possible, all the 3 companies can apply for H1 visa on 1st April 2014? OR we have to stick to one company for H1 application? Does USCIS will know that multiple companies had sponsored my H1 same time? Link to comment

JoeF
It won't increase your chances to get an H1. This is not like the powerball lottery. And no sane employer pays for an H1 if they don't have the reasonable expectation of the person coming to work there. And you paying for an H1 is illegal, and would just result in you not getting an H1 at all. Commit to one employer. Link to comment
t75
How do you intend to meet your contractual obligations to all which are approved? You can be sued for damages for failure to appear for work on some contracts. Link to comment
