renga Posted February 25, 2014 Report Share Posted February 25, 2014 Hey All, We have applied I-539 application for my aunt to extend her stay in USA, but since we haven't receive any decision from USCIS, she left back to India after her I-94 expired. She is planning to visit us again this year in summer, please let us know if she would have issues in retuning back to USA ? Thanks Link to comment

Thanks Since she left before getting a denial notice from USCIS she can use her existing B2 visa to visit US. Link to comment
