deepthis Posted February 24, 2014 Report Share Posted February 24, 2014 Hi All, I have a new contract opportunity in a different location, Also I have a fulltime offer which I am consierding. I have taken up the contract job until the visa transfer etc processes are done sucessfully. My question is, My current employer has filed a new LCA for the new contract job. Is there going to be any problem when the Fulltime company files my H1B and files another LCA in like say 1-2 months from now. Thanks in advance Link to comment
