H1B approved and another one is in RFE

Hi

  I have h1 stamped from one company and not traveled yet currently in India. Another company tried to transfer h1 and in RFE now. So I want to travel with the stamped visa.

 

1. Will there be any issue at POE ?
2. any other documents required to travel with the first company ?
3. Will this RFE make any issue if take my family for H4 with the original H1B stamped on my passport ?

Depends on which company you are joining. If you are traveling for company for which H1B was stamped then,

1. No.

2. Every document related to your H1B petition.

3. No.

 

If you are planning to join company for which RFE is raised then you cannot travel until it is approved.
