Birth Certificate concern

I have couple questions related to green card processing documents.

 

1: For green card processing one of the documents required is Birth Certificate. My birth Certificate is in English , but the problem is with additional Grandfather name added in my Birth certificate.

 

So here is the name in my Birth Certificate Maruti Bhima Timma Gollar.

Maruti (First name)

 

Bhima (Father name)

 

Timma ( Grandfather name)

 

Gollar ( Last name)

 

In My passport it is Maruti Bhima Gollar. My concern is what to do with the addition grandfather name added in my Birth Certificate, and what should be written in Affidavit to support for green card processing.

 

2: Other than this can we do fast process for getting EAD soon , is that possible ?

if your BC is original ( issued at the time of birth), have your PP corrected..

 

if your BC is recent, get a revised BC along with affidavits..

 

expedited EAD/AP is only given for emergencies that can not be postponed, with documentation proof..
