t75 Posted February 24, 2014 Report Share Posted February 24, 2014 Most levels of "engineering managers" are not very high in the corporate structure. Of course it will need to follow the rules. If you are looking for EB1 processing, it is highly unlikely and with the number of unemployed mid-aged senior engineers, I would not expect PERM to go forward. Link to comment
