h1 Transfer and have two layers,will i get RFE

Hello,

 

Iam transfering my H1 to new Employer A.

 

My project structur eis End Client-Partner-Vendoe-Employer (A)

 

Partner agreed to give a verification letter stating that Vendor is my employer and i work at end client as they have a agreemnt with the Vendor.

 

When i aske dthey said that i need to get a letter from Vendor stating that A is my employer.

 

will this be good for USCIS.Will i get a RFE.

 

Partner has provided the JD and Vendor as employer and

Vendor must provide the relationship between my employer and them and say A is my employer.

 

 

Please suggest soon as i need to apply by next week

This kind of stuff is very likely a denial, since you can't demonstrate employer-employee relationship.

Anything with middle vendors is pretty much dead nowadays. Find another job, without middle vendors.

Since this is your transfer, I would say find real employer without any layers.
