H1B Stamping -DS160 Questions

I am going for stamping to Canada on march 5th 2014 and have following question while filling DS 160 form. i really appreciate if any one could answer my question.

 

Currently i am holding 2 valid H1B approvals ie Current one is expiring on May 2014 and applied for extension and got extension approved until Dec 2016( Starting may 2014) So while filling the DS160 which H1B receipt should i put down?

If you need H1 visa till 2016 then enter that 797 number.

I think u r not going there to get visa stamp until may 2014 . assuming that u want to get stamp until dec 2016 u need to mention the latest petition no which has valid visa until dec 2016. however carry both I-797's .
