srini6us Posted June 15, 2011 Report Share Posted June 15, 2011 Job Requirements in job advertisement and PERM application has the following: Requires a Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent technical degree and 5 years experience. I came to know that there should be a mention of Masters in the job requirements for qualifying in EB2. Is there a remote chance for the above job description to qualify for EB2 during I140 processing. My company has people with Master's working in the similar positions. Link to comment
