They have never filed for h1 visas before, since its a relatively small and new company, started 3 years back . But this year onwards they are willing to do that, I mean they are ready to file mine and for 2 others. Please tell me my risks in this since they are inexperienced in h1 filing. Thanks! Employer needs to take the help of an immigration attorney otherwise you take the risk of getting denial if filed improperly. Link to comment
