I am planning to take a break and be home. Is it possible to be on dependent visa? what visa status would I go to? Or is it prudent to wait until his H1B is approved and then I take break as a H4. Wait till his H1B petition gets approved to move to H4. If you need COS now then apply for COS to F2. Link to comment
