Need Help on H1B

Hi Here is my scenario.

 

I got my H1B approved in feb 2007 I never used that H1B.

I have only receipt notice number.

If I apply H1B  my case will go into regular new quota or cap exemption quota.

 

My employer never given the H1B approval notice to me. But lucky I have the receipt number. Is there any way can we get H1B approval notice document.

You are cap exempt. For cap exempt H1B petition filing receipt number should be enough. File a FOIA with USCIS to get H1B documents.

You can get your H1 receipt using FOIA request. And, regarding to another question, I am not sure.
