ankurs
I am asking this question again from experts because I have seen responses either way. I am transfering from company A to B. There will be one week period where I will get payrol from both companies. Company A will be paying me for PTOs (Paid Time Off) and Company B will start new payroll. Company A will not give me lumpsum check for PTO, they want me to burn it in regular working days (makes no sense to me BTW). Filing of both H1B is not "concurrent". Is this legal? If not, how can I make it legal. Ankur Link to comment
