H1B Extension approved; Change of Employer Business Address

Dear all,

 

I barely got my H1B extension Approval last week. I work for a startup company and my employer says we are moving office location 1.6 miles away to bigger office as we are hiring. The new office location is in the same county and zipcode. My job description, title and salary etc. are all the same.

 

Does my employer have to notify change of office address to USCIS? How to do so? 

 

Is there anything else we need to do?

the person who filed your h1b has changed the location means u need to file an amendment.

If USICS visits the work location where u provided in the LCA and h1 filing that would be a problem.
