Guy_StemOPT_H1 Posted February 17, 2014 Report Share Posted February 17, 2014 Hi, Presently i am working on OPT I am planning of applying for Canada multiple entry visa this month i.e Feb-2014. I am sure that Canada visa will get approved without any issue. After visa gets approved there will be Canada visiting visa stamp on one of the passport page. I am going to apply for H1 this April-2014. When i apply for H1, I think i need to include all the stamped pages on my passport. When the H1 application reviewer notices that Canada visitor visa on my passport H1 What are chances of H1 visa getting rejected or getting an RFE. Kindly, Please let me know. Link to comment

H1 has no connections to Canadian visiting visa. You can have ANY number of visas on your passport, moreover you won't send your canadain visa copy for H1 approval. Link to comment
