H1B Amendment - Is it required in my case?

Hello,

I am working for a company in Dallas, TX. I have been working at client in Hartford, CT for last 6 years thru a vendor.

 

Now I am planning to move to the new client at a new place or maybe in Hartford, CT area itself.

 

Please advise (if you know for sure) that I need H1B amendment or not. Would only LCA change suffice?

New client means your H1B needs an amendment.
