jijogeorge86 Posted February 17, 2014 Report Share Posted February 17, 2014 My company applied for H1B , which i got converted to premium processing.Just before the request for premium conversion went through, My visa got approved in normal processing.Will i get the money i paid for Premium Processing refunded as it actually did not go that way. As long as you can prove that a decision was made before the request for PP was accepted by USCIS your employer could request a refund. Link to comment
