Friends,

I am in my 7th year of H1b based on the approved I 140 from employer A. Just got the approval notice for employer A for 7th year extension for one year.

Applying for H1b transfer today for Employer B using PP. Hoping for three years extension!

Have travel plan as soon as I get the approval for Employer B. Till then will work for employer A.

In short, when I travel, I will have TWO I 797 to go for the H1b stamping.

1. Is it a problem as I will have two approval notices when I go for visa stamping?

2. And also since I need to book visa appointment in home country, can I use I 797 from employer A to book an appointment and get visa stamped for employer B? I still do not have approval for employer B to book an appointment.

Any input is highly appreciated. Thank you all in advance..

1. No issue.

2. Better to book after getting approval notice from employer B.

Got new H1b approval for the new eomployer using old employer I-140. Got it for three more years beyond six years.

Obviously, I am going for the visa stamping ASAP but what if my previous employer revokes I-140 now??.

Will I face any problem for getting H1b visa stamped for three years based on approved I-797 and I-140 which may be revoked by previous employer????

Thanks again.
