queen1828
Friends, I am in my 7th year of H1b based on the approved I 140 from employer A. Just got the approval notice for employer A for 7th year extension for one year. Applying for H1b transfer today for Employer B using PP. Hoping for three years extension! Have travel plan as soon as I get the approval for Employer B. Till then will work for employer A. In short, when I travel, I will have TWO I 797 to go for the H1b stamping. 1. Is it a problem as I will have two approval notices when I go for visa stamping? 2. And also since I need to book visa appointment in home country, can I use I 797 from employer A to book an appointment and get visa stamped for employer B? I still do not have approval for employer B to book an appointment. Any input is highly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.. Link to comment

queen1828
Got new H1b approval for the new eomployer using old employer I-140. Got it for three more years beyond six years. Obviously, I am going for the visa stamping ASAP but what if my previous employer revokes I-140 now??. Will I face any problem for getting H1b visa stamped for three years based on approved I-797 and I-140 which may be revoked by previous employer???? Thanks again. Link to comment
