Its end of may and still i have not received my approval of H4. Does any one know about it or is anyone is the same boat? please let me know thanks Link to comment

sasikanth Posted June 1, 2011 Report Share Posted June 1, 2011 Myself and mywife travelled to India in january 2011. At that time both were on H1. and went for stampings separately. I was fine. My wife initailly had some processing on her H1. After a month, we cancelled her H1 process and applied for the H4. By the tiem We applied on H4 it was 1st of April. She was again received the administrative processing on H4. And still waiting for the approval. Link to comment

I am planning apply for H4 extension for my wife and kid. Their I94 is expiring in Aug 2011, Is it possible to apply premium processing for H4 extension? Please suggest? Did you file electronically or sent physical documents? May I know the address to which we need to send the documents? Do we need to go through lawyer to apply or we can apply on our own?
