H1B/I-797B approval notice (old)

I hope that you are doing well.

 

I have had H1B/I-797B approval notice (Valid from 01-Oct-2008 to 19-Aug-2011) & it was never used then. Is it possible for any new company/sponsor to use it now in anyway to get a new H1B (via transfer/change)?

Yes, an employer can file a cap exempt H1B petition and on approval you would get full 6 years.
