JoeF Posted February 17, 2014 Report Share Posted February 17, 2014 It is not a good idea. It won't increase your chances, on the contrary, it would increase the risk of getting an RFE. No sane employer would file an H1 and pay for it if the employer doesn't have a reasonable expectation that you work there. With two applications it is likely that both would get an RFE, e.g., to find out who paid for the H1 petitions. It is illegal for you to pay for them. Stick to one employer. Link to comment
