can two employer file my H1?

i work for 2 consulting companies on my OPT, and now both are ready to file my H1, is it a good idea if both file, or do i choose one only. also legally can 2 employer file the h1 for same person?

It is not a good idea.

It won't increase your chances, on the contrary, it would increase the risk of getting an RFE.

No sane employer would file an H1 and pay for it if the employer doesn't have a reasonable expectation that you work there.

With two applications it is likely that both would get an RFE, e.g., to find out who paid for the H1 petitions. It is illegal for you to pay for them.

Stick to one employer.
