Sandsand Posted February 15, 2014 Report Share Posted February 15, 2014 Hi All, I have my previous petition which is till september 30th 2013 but visa got stamped till september 30th 2015 and even my i94 was issued till same date, as it is mistake from USCIS my employer has filed new petition which is approved till september 30th 2016. My question is, can i attend visa process to get it stamped till september 30th 2016 or do i have to wait till september 30th 2015. Please respond back ASAP, Thanks in Advance.
