I am not working for the website. From india, they do the development and manage the website. I have started getting payment on my name from google past some years and I file with the income with my taxes and show expenses and profit also. It is not very big amount. So my question, is this legal to get money from google when i am on H1B? Will it create any issue? I cannot start a company also since I dont have any partner for this website. If this is a issue what is the solution? Thanks. Link to comment
