I have been working for my employer since 2008. Recently my H1 expired and am using EAD to continue working for the same employer who filed from my green card. I'm currently in between projects. During this time, is my employer liable to pay me for bench time? I know for H1 this is required? Is the same law applicable to employees working using EAD? FYI... 1. 140 and 485 filed in 20072. 140 approved in 20073. Currently working on EAD Link to comment
