PavanM Posted February 14, 2014 Report Share Posted February 14, 2014 Hi All, My H1B petiton has been withdrawn for FY 2014 with employer A so i came back to india in the month of october recently got a job in MNC say employer B and they want to file new H1B petition this year i.e for FY 2015 my concern is will there be any problem in filing new H1B petition from India with my new employer? please help me on this and do the needful Thanks Link to comment
