OPT employment update issue

Hii,Iam on opt and started in June and iam presently working with an employer from April.I was placed in a client in September and according to rule we need to update the opt employment with in 90 days of start date.I update the form with my client name which is processed in uscis too.This is the mistake i did and i didn't update with my employer details and iam done with the project and i remembered that i made mistake.So what should i do please suggest.I will update with my employer info,but the question is what date should i put in emp start date.Is that April or September or current date.Will this lead to any problem when filing H1B. Please suggest. Thanks in Advance

First, contact your school DSO ASAP. You did a mistake by providing wrong employment details.

Second, you said your OPT started in June and joined an employer in April. So did you start working from April in OPT??
