H4 Visa stamping after visa transfer, when previous Visa is still valid

Hi,

 

I have recently changed Job and I have received new approved petition from new employer.

 

Also my wife's visa which is H4 has been transferred.

 

During this period my wife was in india and now she has to come back.

 

So please guide me if she should go for a stamping again because her visa has been transferred as well as mine or there is no need as her previous visa (H4) is valid till 30 Sep 2014.

 

I am not sure if her H4 which was filed by my previous employer will be still valid or not as my previous employer name is present in her visa.

H4 visa is not tied to any employer. Since she has a valid H4 visa she can enter anytime before 30th Sep 2014 with a copy of your I797.
