vdominic
Hi, I have an I797C that was approved in April 2007 and the petition was valid from 10/1/2007 to 9/30/2010. I did not go for H1B stamping and hence do not/did not hold an H1B visa. I travelled to the US on an L1 visa between Nov 2008 and Nov 2009. Please let me know if I am cap exempt or not for H1B. Is there any new rule that exists? Could you please share details/links regarding that? Regards Vijay Link to comment

vdominic
Hi Jairichi Could you please help me with some references that might point out to my case being cap exempt? I would need to present the details to my employer so that the H1B can be processed under the cap exempt status Regards Vijay Link to comment
