H1 Transfer( Please Advice me)

Hi,

 

  I am working for one company through employer A.Now my current employer got some problem and they are informed me better to transfer my H1 in a month.I got another offer through company B,but they will do H1 transfer only in normal processing.My question is

 

1)If I transfer my H1 in normal processing with new employer,before it approves if my current H1 revoke what is the my status.

 

2)If I transfer my H1 in normal processing through new employer but because of some reason if it is denied,then what is my status.

 

Please advice me
